INSTALLATION

Before installing LV-Link, do the following:

   o Ensure that you have installed the latest software for your device from the Keithley CD. 
     The latest version of the CD contains DT-Open Layers for .NET support, which is required for proper operation of LV-Link.

   o Ensure that you have installed LabVIEW 8.0 or greater.

To install LV-Link, do the following:

    1. Insert the Keithley CD into your CD-ROM drive, and run the setup.exe program if the CD 
       does not launch automatically.
       A welcome screen appears.

    2. Click Install Additional Software.

    3. Click Install now! under the LabVIEW LV-Link section.
       The LV-Link installation wizard appears.

    4. Click Next.
       The software is installed.

    5. Click Finish to exit from the setup program.

When finished, run LabVIEW. From the Help menu, click DT-LVLink to find detailed information about using LV-Link.
